Ben and a student team examined two poster designs. Their purpose was to find which design communicates more clearly. During the first observation, the second week had more visitors. Instead of treating that result as final, the team introduced reverse the order. In the next observation, the test became more balanced. The students recorded the conditions of each trial so that later comparisons would not rely on memory alone.
